Drop ins:

Customers are permitted to drop in to the centre the next day should they have the following –

BULB WARNINGS

RED Brake Warnings-

Email the centre to make them aware

EML or Drive train warnings should be directed to Roadside assist- If customer declines- we must book the first available date

Air Conditioning Recharge Service:

A Toyota Recharge Service is the perfect fix and includes full system checks for both pressure and leaks, as well as a complete drain and refilling of refrigerant and lubricants,

and as to be expected, the  Toyota Air Conditioning Recharge Service comes with a level of expertise only available directly with Toyota

R134A Systems (Models pre 2016)

R124YF (R1234) Systems (2017 onwards) –

Some 2017 models may still use the R134A gas- To be checked upon arrival

Tyre Booking:

Allocate 0.25 on LAB line

Confirm if customer is waiting or leaving- Advise wait for approx. 1 hour –Book as wait apt in diary

Ask the Tyre info- Size, Make, speed rating and confirm if runflat or not- This info must be included on the LAB line

Cust may drop in if they have a FLAT tyre but they may have a lengthy wait

Tyre Insurance:

If the customer has tyre insurance please ask for the vehicle to be left for at least a morning or an afternoon.

If the customer insists on waiting, explain that we cannot guarantee a timescale as we have to wait for the tyre insurance to authorise the work.

Winter Wheels:

Winter Wheels: Refer direct to the centre-

Winter wheels are stored – 5 days notice may be required to bring wheels into stock

KDS Wheel & Suspension Alignment:

Please do not book as a WAITING as a KDS will take over 3 hours to complete.

Air Con Recharge Service-

Air Conditioning Recharge:

  • Air Conditioning Recommended to be Recharged Every 3 years.
  • Drain All Refrigerant.
  • Recharge Refrigerant and Lubricant.
  • Check System Operating Pressures.
