MUST be told they may have a lengthy wait and the issue may NOT be resolved on the day-

Air Conditioning Recharge Service:

A Beadles Recharge Service is the perfect fix and includes full system checks for both pressure and leaks, as well as a complete drain and refilling of refrigerant and lubricants,

and as to be expected, the Beadles Air Conditioning Recharge Service comes with a level of expertise only available directly with Beadles

R134A Systems (Models pre 2016)    or    R124YF (R1234) Systems (2017 onwards)

Some 2017 models may still use the R134A gas- To be checked upon arrival

Air con recharge for either gas is £65 and inc Air cond bacterial Treatment

£85 including pollen filter change

Bodyshop Facilities:

No Body Shop on site– Please forward any bodyshop enquires to Beadles Toyota Medway, they are Kia approved.

 

Tyre Booking:

Allocate 0.25 on LAB line-

Confirm if customer is waiting or leaving- Advise wait for approx. 1 hour –Book as wait apt in diary

Ask the Tyre info- Size, Make, speed rating and confirm if runflat or not-

This information must be included on the LAB line

 The centre MUST be contacted / informed when a booking is made to ensure the tyre is in stock 

Tyre Insurance:

If the customer has tyre insurance please ask for the vehicle to be left for at least a morning or an afternoon.

If the customer insists on waiting, explain that we cannot guarantee a timescale as we have to wait for the tyre insurance to authorise the work.

Winter Wheels:

Not used at centre- Direct any customer to centre if requested
