Both services in the plan can be claimed by the customer as long as they are showing due- There is no due date nor mileage restriction- This plan covers the cost of parts, labour and fluids for the following service items across 2 services: oil, microfilter, air filter, brake fluid, vehicle check, spark plug (petrol) and fuel filter (diesel).
What’s more, your BMW Pay Monthly Service Plan is suitable for any age of vehicle and comes with a number of additional extras to further help you to get the most out of your BMW. These include:
- One free MOT
- A Wash & Vac each time you come in for a service
- Seasonal Health Checks (maximum of 2 per year)
- Sat Nav Map Updates (a maximum of 2 for the duration of the plan)
- Free Fluid Top Ups – To be claimed when visiting for a service carried out as part of the plan.
- This includes the following fluids: anti-freeze, adblue, screenwash
You can also affix “add ons” to your service payment plan to include additional MOTS or other extras giving you the benefit of knowing exactly what’s due and what’s covered.
Planning for the road ahead has never been easier. With the BMW Pay Monthly Service Plan you can remove the uncertainty often associated with car servicing costs by spreading them monthly, much like you would your household bills. It consists of one initial deposit then multiple monthly payments of the same rate.
The service cost for your Service Plan is fixed for its duration, meaning you’re protected against inflation and any price increases that may happen in the future. If you ever come to sell your BMW, you have the option to keep the plan and transfer any unused balance to your new BMW, so you don’t need to worry about not utilising the entirety of your Pay Monthly Service Plan.
The Free MOT
Please use the RTS code “EMACMOT” and invoice the cost of the MOT to account number i0034. Then invoice an FOC Notes line containing the MOT certificate number and stating that we have completed a “Free MOT as per the agreement”. Then load this to the EMAC system.
The Free MAP update
Please use the RTS code “EMACMAP” and invoice the cost of the MAP update to account number i0034. Then invoice an FOC Notes line stating that we have completed a “Free MAP update as per the agreement” along with the new integration level. Then load this to the EMAC system.
The service plan can be uniquely tailored to meet the customers preferences including all servicing items such as:
- Engine oil services,
- Micro filter services
- Air filter service/recirculating air filter services
- Fuel filter/Spark plug services
- Brake fluid services
- Vehicle health checks and even MOT’s
The EMAC Service Plan is worked out on Annual mileage and the current service history. The Plan can be catered to any length and can also be cancelled at any time.
Worked out at a £99 hourly labour rate with £12 per litre of oil. The customer can rest assured that they are saving money by agreeing to the service plan.
The plan can be cancelled at any point, is a credit free agreement (no interest, no credit checks) and is also price protected from inflation should the labour rate rise over time.
The EMAC Plan can also be transferred from one BMW owner to another free of charge.
